An alumnus of IIM-Bangalore and the Harvard Business School (HBS), Massachusetts, he has over 36 years of experience. He is a recognised industry leader and has received many industry recognition and awards.

T.S. Vijayan is an Independent Director of the Company. He was formerly the Chairman of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and subsequently as the Chairman of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). He has been a Director of the Company since 2018.

Anita Kapur is an Independent Director of the Company. She joined the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) in 1978 and has held various positions in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and retired as the Chairperson of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), Ministry of Finance, Government of India. She is a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and formerly a member of the Competition Appellate Tribunal. She has been a Director of the Company since 2018.

K.G. Krishnamurthy is an Independent Director of the Company. He has over 38 years of experience in the real estate sector having been associated with Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC) since 1980. He has held various leadership positions at HDFC, including as a Managing Director and CEO of HDFC Venture Capital Limited. He has been a Director of the Company since 2018.

Professor R. Vaidyanathan is an Independent Director of the Company. He retired as a Professor of Finance from IIM-Bangalore after serving the institute since 1980. He was conferred the title of visiting Fulbright fellow by the Georgia State University, USA. He has also participated in the Fulbright programme and was recognized by the U.S. State Department and the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. He has also completed the Salzburg Seminar on Changing Economic Climate in Developing Countries. He is known for his work in finance, especially in banking, insurance and capital markets and was named as one of India’s Best B-School Professors by Business Today in 2006-2007. He has been a Director of the Company since 2018.

Ashish Deora is a first-generation entrepreneur. Over the last 2 decades, he has built several businesses and created value in multiple industries ranging from mining to telecom, aviation and renewable energy. He is the founder of Aurum Ventures, the parent company of Aurum PropTech, which is striving to build the largest integrated Proptech ecosystem in India and Aurum RealEstate, which is engaged in real estate development in the MMR region. A proud alumnus of Harvard Business School, Ashish has a proven track record of strategic investments in businesses across APAC, Africa and South America and successful exits to global capital allocators.

Murali Malayappan, is the Chairman and Managing Director. He is instrumental in building this business from scratch for the Shriram Group. An alumnus of IIM-Bangalore and the Harvard Business School (HBS), Massachusetts, he has over 36 years of experience. He is a recognised industry leader and has received many industry recognition and awards.

Gopalakrishnan J., is the Executive Director and Group CEO of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Madras and a master’s degree in business administration from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has more than 31 years of experience in the field of finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, debt and equity, capital markets financing and debt financing. He has previously worked with Reliance Industries Limited, Aditya Birla Group, W.I. Carr Securities Private Limited, Canbank Mutual Fund and Dalal Consultants and Engineers Limited. He joined our Company on April 2, 2018 as ED & Group CFO and was elevated as Executive Director & Group CEO on July 20, 2024.

K.R Ramesh, is the Executive Director – Strategy and Corporate Development of our Company. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Annamalai University. He has many years of experience in the field of accounting and finance and has previously worked with Southern Automatic Industries Private Limited, Sun Beverages Private Limited and Varun Beverages Limited as a Financial Controller. He joined our Company on August 8, 2007 and was until recently as ED Operations and has assumed new role as Executive Director – Strategy and Corporate Development on July 20, 2024.

Krishna Veeraraghavan, is the Director – Operations & Chief Operating Officer (Bangalore) of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Bangalore University. He has more than 31 years of experience in the field of construction, engineering and construction management and has previously worked with B.M. Constructions Private Limited, IVRCL Infrastructure & Projects Limited, KETI Constructions, JMC Projects (India) Limited, SSPDL Limited and TATA Consulting Engineers. He has been working with our Company since June 12, 2014.

T.V. Ganesh, is the Director & National Head – Technical. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology (Engineering Technology) and MBA-Finance from BITS Pilani, Rajasthan and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education and Training. He has also completed a programme on Project Management for Execution Excellence from the L&T Institute of Project Management, a registered education provider of the Project Management Institute, USA. He is currently an active member of the Project Management Institute, USA. He has been recognised by Microsoft for his outstanding performance and valuable contribution to Building – III and Hyderabad Building 1 of Microsoft. He has been recognised by L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited for his contributions to the Hyderabad metro rail project and AECOM Asia Company Limited for his outstanding contribution to the Uppal Depot, Miyapur Depot, Admin OCC Building, Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Hyderabad Metro Rail Project. He has played an instrumental role in delivery of the MEP systems at Al Rayyan Stadium & Precinct Project in Doha, Qatar. He has more than 33 years of experience in the field of construction and has previously worked with Larsen & Toubro Limited and High Energy Batteries (India) Limited. He has also been appreciated for his contribution as a trainer for South Region at the L&T Trainers’ Meet, 2012. He has been working with our Company since May 15, 2019.

Ravindra Pandey is a seasoned real estate finance and accounts professional with over 18 years of sectoral experience in the areas of corporate finance, fund raising (debt & equity), accounting and budgeting and possess overall post-qualification experience of over 22 years. He is an associate member of ICAI and holds bachelor’s degree from University of Allahabad. Ravindra joined the management team of Shriram Properties in 2017, and currently leads the Finance & Treasury functions at SPL since August 2017. Prior to joining SPL, he has worked with companies like Sobha, Skyline, Rolastar, Kavveri Telecom. Ravindra has been instrumental in the significant success of SPL’s refinancing efforts in recent years that has helped in remarkable shift in lender mix and reduction in borrowing costs significantly. He has built a strong team while managing a strong relationship with lending partners and investors.

As the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) of Shriram Properties Ltd, Vivek Venkateswar brings a wealth of experience exceeding two decades in a variety of sectors including Real Estate, FMCG, ISP, Telecom, and Money Remittance, both domestically and internationally. He has held prominent positions with leading firms like Xanadu, Lodha, Coca Cola, Sify, Vodafone, Xpress Money (UK), and Transfast (UK). Equipped with a unique blend of sales, operational acumen, and strategy formulation skills, Vivek has proven adept at managing large teams and steering highly skilled teams towards business development, market planning & strategies. As part of the founding team at Xanadu, Vivek has been a key player in building the outstation market & NRI sales business across multiple clients and has spearheaded several projects across the MMR region.

N. Nagendra, is the Senior Vice President and Head – Planning and Contracts of our Company. He holds a diploma in civil engineering from the Board of Technical Examinations (Department of Technical Education), Government of Karnataka, India. He has more than 37 years of experience in the field of construction and project management and has previously worked with H. Ajjappa & Sons, Sri Balaji Engineering & Construction Works and with K. R. Narayana Raju Associates. He has been working with our Company since December 11, 2000.

Balaji R, is the Chief Operating Officer (Vishakhapatnam) of our Company. He has pursued Bachelor of Arts degree from Madura College (Autonomous), Madurai Kamaraj University. He has multiple years of experience in the field of operations and management and has been associated with Shriram group since 1996. He has been working with our Company since January 1, 2011.

Debasis Panigrahi comes with 20+ years of experience in People & Organisational Transformation with leading corporates in India and Overseas locations. He has designed and executed complex Organization Structure, Transformative HR interventions around Performance, Reward and Growth during the Start-up / M&A / Consolidation phases of an organisation with a blend of strategic foresight, Operational Excellence and genuine commitment to People empowerment. He is a graduate in Physics, PGDPM, Master of Sociology, Master of Economics (pursuing), Certified Tata Business Excellence Assessor with hand-on TBEx audit experience. He is further certified in Entrepreneurship Management, Talent Assessment, Balance Scorecard, C&B from reputed Indian and overseas Institutions. As a CHRO of Shriram Properties Limited, his role is to provide strategic direction on people practices and closely partner with the leadership team to ensure the talent experience journey of SPL is competitive, as well as holistic.

Rajesh Shirwatkar is a qualified Chartered Accountants with over 27 years of multi-industry experience in accounting, audit & taxation matters across sectors including property development, retail, apparels and OTC pharma. Rajesh has worked with companies like Assetz Property Group, West Pioneer Properties Group, Essar Group, Lee Cooper India, Pepe Jeans London, Midas Care Pharmaceutical. Rajesh joined the management team of Shriram Properties in May’19 and currently leads the accounts, audit and taxation functions. He has been instrumental in strengthening overall systems and controls, apart from critical role play in SAP implementation and the company’s IPO process. Rajesh thrives in deadline intensive environment and performs under pressure to meet the business objectives. His core competencies include managing finance and accounting function, setting up operational business processes, implementing ERP, planning and budgeting, taxation, audit management, cashflow management etc.

Hariharan Subramanian, is the Vice President – Information Technology. He holds a master’s degree in science (information technology) from Karnataka State Open University and has pursued a bachelor’s degree in arts from Osmania University. He has around 29 years of experience in the areas of information technology across wide range of sectors and has previously worked with UCAM Private Limited, Festo Controls Private Limited, Decision Software India, Fosroc Chemicals (India) Limited, BPL Limited, Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, Safal National Exchange of India Limited, Nitesh Indiranagar Retail Private Limited and Salarpuria Sattva Group. He has received a certificate of recognition at the CXO Excellence Awards, 2021. He has been working with our Company since September 20, 2018.

Shekar H.K., is the Senior Vice President – Customer Relationship Management of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in management with specialization in marketing management, customer relationship management and a graduate diploma in management, from the Indian School of Business Management & Administration. He has more than 18 years of experience in the field of marketing and customer relationship management and has previously worked with the Embassy Property Developments Private Limited, Sattva Group, Prestige Estates Projects Limited and Mantri Developers Private Limited. He joined our Company on April 26, 2018.

Mukesh Kaushal is the Assistance Vice President – CRM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University and a master’s degree in business administration from Jaipur National University. He has more than 23 years of experience in the field of sales, collections, retentions and CRM operations. He has previously worked with Idea Cellular, Reliance Infocomm, Bharti Airtel, Lodha Developer and Puravankara limited. He has been working with our Company since April 09, 2018.

K. Ramaswamy has 13 years of post-qualification experience and has been with the company for last 12 years. He is currently the General Manager – Secretarial and has played crucial role in the preparatory, planning and execution phase of Shriram Properties' IPO process. Ramaswamy is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law from Sri Venkateswara University and has completed Executive General Management Programme from IIM- Bangalore. Prior to joining SPL, he was associated with eMudhra Consumer Services Ltd.
